Hey! my name is Michael Raba and this is my portfolio. I'm a freelancing Art Director specializing in interactive media in Hamburg, Germany. As you will see from the handpicked examples showcased here on my site my work is simple yet elegant. I hope you enjoy looking around.

I originally come from a small village near the German alps. Although enjoying mountains, snow and skiing I took the alternate root and followed my heart studying design in Augsburg focusing on multimedia and interactivity.

In 2004, as part of my studies, I did a half-year internship at Fork Unstable Media, and in 2006, after completing my thesis and achieving a Diploma of Visual Communications Design, Fork offered me a full-time position.

I stayed at Fork for 4 years, during which I got the chance to hone my design and client skills working with firms like Adidas, Puma, Nivea, Remington and Ritter Sport. It was a great experience and by the end of it all, I had turned from a humble intern to a creative director looking to broaden my horizons.

Currently, as well as being a Dad, I am running my own business, working freelance as a designer, Art and Creative Director focusing on interactive developments. I have a flexible skill set centered around webdesign, printdesign, concept work, corporate design, animation and video and am dedicated enough to use whatever technique necessary to enhance a good idea.
